After retiring from the United States Marine Corps, Jeff and his wife Beth purchased SPR as part of their journey into real estate investing. What began as a personal investment endeavor quickly expanded into a full-service property management company, offering solutions to clients with the same attention and commitment they gave their own portfolio.

In 2024, their son Jared joined the company to help lead SPR into its next chapter. With a professional background as a commercial credit analyst at United Bank, Jared brings fresh insight into the financial side of property management while staying rooted in the same principles that define our legacy: integrity, service, and dedication to clients.

After serving 24 years of active duty with the U.S. Marine Corps, my wife and I made the decision to settle down in this area. Throughout our military service, we experienced numerous relocations in and out of the region, but Onslow County has truly become our home. As the owner of Swansboro Port Realty, I have a deep-rooted connection to the community and its residents. Both of my children have graduated from the local school system and participated in the athletic programs here.
I am actively engaged in the community, leveraging my education and expertise to alleviate the complexities associated with buying and selling properties for my clients. Whether it's in Onslow, Carteret, Jones, Pender, Brunswick, Craven, New Hanover, or Duplin Counties, I am dedicated to reducing the stresses involved in real estate transactions.

Growing up in the beautiful coastal town of Swansboro, I developed a deep appreciation for the community and its unique charm. After graduating from Virginia Tech in 2021 with a double major in Finance and Real Estate, I spent three years in Charleston, SC, honing my skills in Commercial Underwriting with United Bank. My background in finance gives me a unique perspective on the market, ensuring that I can provide sound advice and guidance to my clients.
When I'm not helping people find their dream homes, you can find me enjoying the great outdoors—whether playing soccer, catching waves while surfing, or exploring new trails on a hike.
